Press passes are available for accredited organizations however, there is a small $40 per person administration fee for press attendance and press kits. The dinner banquet is a separate event which must be purchased separately.
Audio or videotaping during the conference is not permitted. The conference will be videotaped and DVDs and audio CDs of each talk will be available. However, if you talk with me or the speaker ahead of time, some limited recording will be possible. You are welcome to make arrangements outside the conference times to interview speakers. As the conference organizer, I urge you to compensate the interviewees for their unique expertise, novel research which routinely costs them thousands of dollars.
