Stephen Bassett
Barack Obama and the Politics of Disclosure
By the time of this presentation Barack Obama may already be the Disclosure President - or not. In either case the nation's leading exopolitical activist will assess the status of the truth embargo and the degree and kinds of pressure being brought to bear on the administration. Fresh from a speaking tour of Europe which included the European Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona, Spain and a conference in Liverpool, England, Mr. Bassett will also assess the past and pending actions by foreign countries. Until then, Paradigm Research Group will relentlessly press the political media to finally demand appropriate answers to the appropriate questions that have yet to asked of any administration regarding the extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.

Timeline & Political Analysis of President Kennedy's Efforts to Declassify UFO Files and the Alleged MJ-12 Assassination Directive
There are two critical periods concerning President Kennedy's efforts to gain access to classified UFO files. The first, according to leaked Majestic documents, began on June 28, 1961 when Kennedy formally requested DCI Allen Dulles to review MJ-12 activities as they related to Cold War psychological arfare plans. This period ended with Dulles departure as DCI on November 29, 1961 when a top secret set of MJ-12 directives contained in the leaked "burned memo" were finalized in response to Kennedy's inquiries. The second period began on September 20, 1963 when President Kennedy gave a speech at the UN General Assembly calling for joint space and lunar missions with the USSR. In the subsequent two months up to his assassination, President Kennedy conducted a high risk political dialogue with Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev to reach broad agreement on future space and lunar cooperation.
Shortly before or on November 12, 1963, Kennedy and Khrushchev finally reached agreement. Included within the scope of their agreement was the release of classified UFO files to NASA and sharing these with the USSR as a vital security component. This resulted in a series of executive actions by Kennedy on November 12 to formalize the release of UFO files to ensure space cooperation. This triggered a response by CIA counterintelligence based on the MJ-12 directives finalized in the final months of Dulles tenure. In this presentation, I will outline the timeline of events pertaining to Kennedy's efforts to declassify UFO files; analyze historic events and documents that cast light on claims found in the majestic documents; and outline the critical role of James Jesus Angleton in implementing the MJ-12 directives and the Kennedy assassination.

Forensic Analysis of Edward Teller & UFO Documents
A close examination of the Edward Teller’s Pitch to President Regan for Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) will be discussed using forensic linguistics. In this five-page single-spaced leaked memo written during the same era as President Reagan’s approval of the SDI, Dr. Edward Teller clearly shows his familiarity with the UFO subject and its threat to National Security. Pages of Teller’s writing from a multiple different archival documents of the era will be rigorously compared to the leaked questioned document (QD). It will also be compared with a similar SDI document authentically written by Dr. Teller. Dr. Carol Chaski, noted forensic linguistic expert will be cited during the presentation.
Linda Moulton Howe
RAF Bentwaters Update with John Burroughs
Linda Moulton Howe, Reporter and Editor of the award-winning science, environment and real X-files news website, Earthfiles.com, and investigative reporter for Coast to Coast AM radio, has exciting new developments to report about the mysterious, unidentified lights, beams and craft seen by at least thirty military men the last week of December 1980 and afterward in the Rendlesham Forest between RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge, England. No one in the U. K. or American governments officially called the event "extraterrestrial" until June 25, 2009. That's when former Deputy Base Commander at RAF Bentwaters in December 1980, USAF Col. Charles I. Halt, said in a press release that the unidentified lights and beams he saw in Rendlesham Forest, "...were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and England were and have been complicit in trying to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham by use of well-practiced methods of disinformation."
Register today to hear Emmy Award-winning Linda Moulton Howe at the November 6 - 8, 2009, UFO Crash Retrieval Conference. Joining Linda in her presentation will be one of those military eyewitnesses, John Burroughs from Phoenix, who was assigned to RAF Bentwaters police duty. John was in Rendlesham Forest on both December 26 and 28, 1980, investigating the highly strange aerial phenomena. Afterward, some military colleagues said John either jumped on a craft of unknown origin, or was taken upward into a large, aerial light. Even now, twenty-nine years later, John has disturbing dreams and trouble sleeping. Linda found a hypnotherapist to work with Burroughs in an effort to break through a strong block in his memory. Linda will present the latest information from recent hypnosis sessions and John Burroughs will describe military activities he saw afterward in the Rendlesham forest and around the weapons storage area. Linda will also share new details from former RAF Bentwaters Deputy Base Commander Charles I. Halt; former USAF security officer Staff Sgt. James Penniston, who touched a black, glassy, triangle craft; and other military men now coming forward, including a dramatic sighting of a 300-foot-diameter, cigar-shaped craft above the RAF Woodbridge East Gate on January 9, 1981.
Peter Robbins
Witness to History: The United Nations Effort to Establish a Permanent UN-UFO Agency; a Personal Reminiscence
In late November 1978, the Special Political Committee of the United Nations’ General Assembly met for several days of hearings, everything about which was extraordinary. The mandate of those assembled, to debate the establishment of an agency or department “for undertaking, coordinating and disseminating the results of research into unidentified flying objects and related phenomena.” The initiative’s unlikely sponsor was the tiny Caribbean nation of Grenada and the invited speakers included Dr. J. Allen Hynek, Stanton T. Friedman, Dr. Jacques Vallee, astronaut Gordon Cooper and U.S. Army Lt. Col. Lawrence Coyne, whose Huey helicopter and crew members were literally pulled high into the air by a UFO over Ohio, very much against their wishes and efforts. Dr. Hynek, speaking on behalf of many of his scientific colleagues, began his remarks by noting that one of the smallest nations on earth has courageously introduced the perplexing subject of UFOs to the United Nations and thus “trod where mightier nations have feared to tread.” But following the passage of the motion to establish such a committee, the mightier nations of the Special Political Committee made sure the historic effort would languish and die from a concerted lack of action.
At the time novice UFO investigator Peter Robbins was working as an editor on one of the papers requested by the Secretary General and was able to attend all three days of meetings. In this riveting illustrated presentation he takes us back to 1978 and chronicles what actually transpired in these sessions. He also reviews the facts surrounding the 'coincidental' political overthrow of the initiative’s sponsor, Grenada Prime Minister Sir Eric M. Gairy, while he was in New York City attending the hearings.

The Kingman UFO Crash: An Overview and New Revelations
The story of the reported crash of a UFO near the town of Kingman, Arizona in May 1953 is a strange and fascinating one.
The genesis of the case dates back to February 1971, the date on which two young men with an interest in UFOs - Jeff Young and Paul Chetham - conducted an interview with a source that investigator Ray Fowler would later refer to as "Fritz Werner."
According to Werner's affidavit supplied to Fowler: "I, Fritz Werner, do solemnly swear that during a special assignment with the U.S. Air Force, on May 21, 1953, I assisted in the investigation of a crashed unknown object in the vicinity of Kingman, Arizona."
Werner continued that the object was "oval and about 30 feet in diameter." He further added that: "A tent pitched near the object sheltered the dead remains of the only captured occupant of the craft. It was about 4 feet tall, dark brown complexion and had 2 eyes, 2 nostrils, 2 ears, and a small round mouth."
Interestingly, Werner was not the only source of data relating to the Kingman affair. Leonard Stringfield collected a number of accounts from retired military personnel who seemed to be talking about personal knowledge of the same case.
And, now there is important new testimony on the case.
The first comes from a woman whose grandfather told her of his attendance at a crash site near Kingman "in the early 50s," and who claimed knowledge of the body of a "little man" found in the desert, at a location several miles from the site of a crashed device of unknown origins.
The other new testimony comes via a woman named Marion Shaw, who claims knowledge of a detailed report on the crash that was typed by a friend and colleague of hers, when both worked as secretaries in the official world during the 1950s.
In a detailed, comprehensive and fully-illustrated lecture, Nick Redfern details the history of the Kingman crash of 1953, the witnesses, the investigators, and reveals the in-depth, never-before-seen testimony of two players in the story who have remained silent for decades.
Richard M. Dolan
UFOs & the National Security State
Richard Dolan will discuss the long-awaited sequel to his classic history: UFOs and the National Security State. This second volume of his trilogy covers the pivotal years of 1973 to 1991. Dolan authoritatively treats the full range of issues presented by the UFO phenomenon during the 1970s, 1980s, and through the end of the Cold War in 1991. He analyzes the phenomenon itself, the response by U.S. and global military authorities, and the evolving efforts of researchers to understand what it all meant. Behind it all was the backdrop of a world in technological, economic, political transformation.
James Clarkson
June Crain, Witness to Multiple UFO Crashes
In 1993 while giving a presentation at the Ocean Shores, WA, library, UFO Investigator James E. Clarkson met a woman who claimed to know that what he said was true. UFO's are real and the Government knows all about it. When asked how she knew, she replied, "Because I worked there." She wouldn't say more out of fear of arrest. In 1997, the 50th anniversary of the UFO crash at Roswell, the woman, who now had been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, called him back. Now she was ready to talk. Her name was June Crain.
June Crain worked at Wright Patterson Air Force Base from 1943-1953, a pivotal period in the formulation of the official policy of UFO Denial and Cover Up. She was a secretary with a Q-level clearance in a top secret government laboratory. By the time she left, June had heard of at least 3 UFO Crash Retrievals and had handled a piece of the "memory metal." She saved a photograph of a wedding she attended. The groom was a Master Sergeant and was part of the crew that flew wreckage and non-human bodies back to Wright Patterson.
In his presentation, Clarkson will tell June's amazing story. He will reveal details of his research into government projects going on at Wright Patterson during this time. In addition, he will explain his UFO outreach activities and how others can find witnesses still out there, essential to ending the Cover-Up.

Voronezh: A Reevaluation of Russia’s Best Known CE3 Incident
On Monday October 9, 1989, the habitually pragmatic Soviet news agency Tass shocked the world with a news release which stated that “Scientists have confirmed that an unidentified flying object recently landed in a park in the Russian city of Voronezh. They have also identified the landing site and found traces of aliens who made a short promenade about the park.” More than forty eyewitnesses observed the events and the Soviet government stood by Tass’s report. A flurry of American news coverage ensued, almost all of which was dismissive and condescending, the result being that the story was soon relegated to the realm of myth and confabulation.
On the morning the first televised reports of the landing were broadcast, Peter Robbins was working at his home in New York City where he immediately began to record them. Within minutes Robbins was on the phone to Tass’s New York City headquarters in Rockefeller Center. Identifying himself as an investigative writer with a particular interest in the subject (and being of Russian descent), he was invited to visit Tass’s offices and meet with staff members there. He did so later in the day, and following a lively discussion, left with copies of the original telexes and news reports. Soon afterwards, he established contact with one of the first on-the-ground field investigators of the incident, an associate professor of engineering at a technical school in the city of Voronezh.
Over the following months their correspondence grew into a real friendship, during which they exchanged a quantity of then unpublished information about the Russian landing and England’s Rendlesham Forest UFO incident which Robbins was deeply involved in researching at the time. This detailed and at times deeply personal talk reviews all of the known particulars of the landing, insights and observations of one of the key Russian investigators, and a critical analysis of the story’s treatment by major American print and broadcast media. This presentation is illustrated and also includes the screening of many of the televised news reports which followed on the heels of the Tass wire service reports.

The Maury Island Crash Retrieval: the JFK/UFO Connection
The Maury Island incident involved the sighting of a circle of UFOs and the retrieval of material from the central craft in 1947. It preceded the Roswell event by a month and Kenneth Arnold's Mount Rainier sightings by three days. One of its principle witnesses, Fred Crisman, was subpoenaed in 1968 as part of New Orleans prosecutor Jim Garrison's investigation of the JFK assassination. Crisman had retained what was recovered from the Maury Island UFO ostensibly until he turned it over to Air Force investigators, who subsequently died in a plane crash attempting to return it to Hamilton Air Force base on San Francisco bay. The UFO material was never recovered from the plane crash site and investigators recommended that any future such retrievals be processed through the Army's Foreign Technologies division, where Phil Corso later said the Roswell debris had been processed.
This talk reviews various aspects of the case, including presentation of the Zapruder film (demonstrating where Crisman may have shot from) and Garrison's appearance on the Tonight Show with the tramps photo, discussing also more surprising aspects, including Garrison's contention that Crisman worked as an assassin for elements of the aerospace industry distraught over JFK's defense contract awards. It reviews JFK's last speech, on the TFX tactical fighter, the controversy of its contracting and how it subsequently lead to secret military development in Pine gap, Australia. The talk also looks at Lee Oswald's role as an agent connected to the U2 program and Area 51. And it reviews Crisman's life as a right wing radio talk show host in Tacoma, plus his contention that the TV show The Invaders was based on his life. For this conference, the talk would emphasize the crash debris retrieval and its role in known but only dimly understood aspects of covert government operation.
