8:45 AM – 9:40 AM Dr. John B. Alexander – UFOs: The Good News and Bad News
This presentation will address both the overwhelming evidence supporting the physical reality of UFOs and how military and government institutions respond. A central thesis is that the “white-project” world U.S. Government is not currently involved in UFO research. There are many people in government positions that have had personal observations of UFOs. That, however, does not translate into official programs based on established requirements to either collect data or conduct research on the topic.
9:55 AM – 10:50 AM Bill Ryan & Kerry Cassidy – Firsthand Whistleblower Testimony
Project Camelot's goal has been to interview whistleblowers, and other researchers into particularly sensitive areas, on video--in depth--to make their work freely available to the public. Their project has since expanded significantly and is privileged to have been contacted by a number of insiders with what may be extremely important information.
11:05 AM – 12:00 PM Nancy Williams – 1992 UFO Crash at Brookhaven Park, New York
In 1992 Brookhaven National Laboratories built the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider, which was later reconfigured with pipes leading to the surface of the earth, so that the plasma and quarks released in the collider could be directed in a stream and used as a weapon. On November 22, 1992, this weapon was used against four UFO’s, whose flight path (towards the White House) brought them over Brookhaven.
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM Lunch on your own
Sunday, November 9 - Afternoon
1:30 PM – 2:25 PM Steven Bassett - Exopolitics 1947 and 2009
On July 8, 1947 one of the most fateful decisions of the 20th Century was made by Roger Ramey, Commanding General of the 8th Air Force Base in Dallas, Texas, rescinding the announcement earlier that day of a retrieved crashed "saucer" and substituting a Rawin weather balloon. Stephen Bassett will talk about the impact that decision had on the next 50 years in global history and what might have happened if the first announcement had been allowed to stand.
2:40 PM – 3:35 PM James Clarkson – UFO Wreckage in Elk River?
A newspaper from the SW Coast of Washington State headlined “UFO Wreckage in Elk River?” on November 26, 1979. James Clarkson, a career criminal investigator and current Chief Investigator for MUFON in Washington examines in-depth the mysterious Crash, the Cover-Up, and the Military Retrieval Operation. This is a story of official denial and community certainty. The Westport Crash Retrieval Incident is examined from multiple perspectives and placed in context with ongoing UFO’s in the Pacific Northwest. This presentation examines the incident, the techniques of UFO investigation and the discovery of a key witness.
3:50 PM – 4:45 PM Dr. Kevin D. Randle – April, 1962 Las Vegas UFO Crash
On April 18, 1962, an unidentified, red, glowing object was tracked on radar moving west—very rapidly—over Oneida, New York. Immediately, Air Defense Command alerted all bases in its path. The object landed at Eureka, Utah, disrupting electrical services, before crashing in Nevada and warranting an early morning secretive securing of the area. Why has the Air Force hidden this so well?
4:45 PM – 5:00 PM Ryan S. Wood – Conference Announcements and Closing
Stephen Bassett is arguably the leading advocate in the nation for ending the 60-year government imposed truth embargo regarding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and the planet earth. He is a political activist, lobbyist, commentator, columnist and conference producer. He is the founder of the Paradigm Research Group, the Executive Director of the Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee (X-PPAC), the author of the Paradigm Clock website and the executive producer of the X-Conference. His work has been covered worldwide including the Washington Post, Washington Times, New York Times, Legal Times, Christian Science Monitor, National Journal, Pravda, London Sunday Express and Roll Call.
Richard Dolan studied history, English, and philosophy as an undergraduate at Alfred University. His deep passion for the discipline of history resulted in a scholarship to study at Oxford University and a near miss for a Rhodes scholarship. He chose instead to do graduate work at the University of Rochester, where he focused on German and Soviet studies before moving on to American Cold War diplomacy. Not wanting to teach, he left academia to write. In 1994 he became interested in the UFO problem, approaching it from the angle of history and politics. He was intrigued by the cultural schizophrenia - the fact that mainstream and academic culture (official culture) continued to treat UFOs as amusement, but that so many intelligent people privately had taken it seriously. Throughout 1995, 1996, and 1997 he conducted a systematic bibliographic search, hunting down the many out-of-print books and UFO documents released over the years through the Freedom of Information Act. He found the amount of information nearly overwhelming. A detailed chronology of relevant events was prepared in advance of writing his critically acclaimed book, UFOs and the National Security State: Chronology of a Cover-up, 1947-1973. This book provides the crucial foundation everyone needs: a clear, comprehensive, but concise historical narrative of the problem. He is now at work on the study's second volume, which will take the story through the remainder of the 20th century.

Nick Pope used to run the British Government's UFO project at the Ministry of Defence. Initially sceptical, his research and investigation into the UFO phenomenon and access to formerly classified government files on the subject soon convinced him that the phenomenon raised important defence and national security issues, especially when the witnesses were military pilots or where UFOs were tracked on radar. Nick also looked into other mysteries such as alien abductions, crop circles and ghosts. He now continues his research in a private capacity and is recognised as a leading authority on UFOs and the unexplained. He does extensive media work, lectures all around the world and has acted as consultant on numerous television documentaries.
Bill Ryan has a BSc in Mathematics with Physics and Psychology (Bristol University, UK, 1974), and followed this with a brief stint in teaching.
