Reverse Engineering & Philip Corso
The concept of "reverse engineering" is almost as old as warfare, with Europeans getting dynamite from the Chinese, Native Americans getting rifles from the settlers, Soviets getting the atom bomb from spies in the U.S. and our military obviously looking at crashed saucers and thinking "how do they work and what are their weapons?" We have had a procedure to understand the functions of captured enemy equipment for decades, well-known in the Air Force as the Foreign Technology Division. The Army uses their Laboratory System for the equivalent. Thus, a process was in place to covertly discover and replicate high technology captured items of interest. Col. Philip Corso has revealed that he was just doing this rather routine but very interesting job with parts obtained from recovered UFOs. This talk will examine the reasonableness of but two of his claims: those of the integrated circuit and those of fiber-optics. This will include citing the earliest references to technical observations from leaked top secret Majic documents, the timing of Corso's involvement, and the actual development of early versions of the relevant devices. The relationship with the literature on record will be evaluated to determine the credibility of Corso's claims.
With a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Colorado and a Ph.D. in physics from Cornell, a 43-year career at McDonnell Douglas managing research and development projects and over thirty years of investigation into UFOs, Dr. Wood is uniquely qualified to provide credible analysis about the nature of the UFO reality. He began reconstructing the (MAJIC) Special Operations Manual in 1995. He has given lectures and authored many articles on the UFO topic including "Validating the New Majestic Documents," "Another Look at Majestic," "Philip Corso: An Alternative Take," and "The Extraterrestrial Hypothesis Is Not That Bad."

Future Energy Technology and Field Propulsion
Developments in energy and propulsion which do not use combustible or exhaustible substances are a worthy goal of space science. Electrogravitics, the subject of two books by this author, has recently been given a boost from a favorable Army Research Lab report. The Mitre Corporation, a military thinktank, recently held a conference on gravity waves in the DC area and just this year, the European Space Agency issued a report on antigravity. Magnetic motor development utilizing magnetic gradient principles offer encouraging hope for fueless mechanical torque. A recent “Feasibility Study of the Extraction of Zero-Point Energy from the Quantum Vacuum” performed by Integrity Research Institute offers specific areas for development of this little-known science, some of which involve field propulsion. This presentation will review some of the latest developments in future energy technology as well as some of the most promising propulsion inventions, all of which are needed for sustainable space travel.
Thomas Valone, Ph.D. is the President of Integrity Research Institute and Editor of the well respected Future Energy newsletter and Enews. He has authored 6 books and numerous scientific studies, articles and papers related to energy in all forms. He provides consultations on electrical product design/development, engineering testing, environmental/electromagnetic field/energy, expert testimony and opinion. He meets regularly with congressional and senate leaders and briefs them on the latest energy developments. His views regarding energy-related matters have been featured on national media including CNN.
Dr. Valone was a Patent Examiner for the Physics, Measuring, Testing, Instrumentation Class 324, Art Unit 2858, GS-12. He examined and approved patents related to Electric and nonelectric properties, testing in specific environments, calibrating electric meters, sensing electricity, internal combustion engine ignition system, electromechanical switching devices, thermoelectric properties, electrostatic field sensing, fault detection, impedance/admittance testing, power measurement, motors/generators. He was elected as Board member of the PTO Society in 1999.
He is the inventor of several instruments, including the PREMIER (Photonic Rejuvenation Energizing Machine & Immunizing Electrification Radiator) machine, Dental Vapor Ionizer, Powerline Gaussmeter, static field gaussmeter, ELF spectrum analyzer, and a geomagnetometer which are still on the market today. Responsible for Engineering Department projects, at Integrity Electronics, he managed engineers and technicians, initiated several instrument lines, trained industrial interns from SUNY at Buffalo, designed 2% accuracy calibration procedures, specification sheets and training manual, represented the company at shows and conferences. A Professor at a SUNY-accredited, Erie Community College in Buffalo NY, he taught courses from 1976 to 1981 that included Engineering Physics, Technical Physics, Introductory Physics, AC Electricity, Electronics, Digital Logic, Microprocessors (6502), Environmental Science, as well as laboratory sessions for above courses. Dr. Valone also designed an Instrumentation & Process Control Curriculum at the direction of the College President. He participated in Project Outreach by teaching SUNY-contract microprocessor courses (6800) at Chevrolet Plant, Tonawanda, NY. While at Scott Aviation, he was Director of R&D and developed gas detection linearization circuit for Series 9000 instruments, directed planning/installation of computerized test facility for catalytic sensors, performed feasibility study of non-pressurized zeolite oxygen tank for firemen, published design articles, managed acquisition and installation of computer network, numerous sensor circuit design and testing projects.
Dr. Valone holds a PhD in General Engineering from Kennedy-Western University, an M.A. in Physics from SUNY at Buffalo, B.S. Physics and B.S. in Electrical Engineering, from SUNY at Buffalo and is a Licensed Professional Engineer with the state of New York.
Stephen Bassett
Stephen Bassett will be moderating Friday night's panel discussion.
Stephen Bassett is arguably the leading advocate in the world for ending the 58-year government imposed truth embargo regarding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and the planet earth. He is a political activist, founder of the Paradigm Research Group, Executive Director of the Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee (X-PPAC), author of the Paradigm Clock website, and a political columnist and commentator.
Presently he is the only registered lobbyist in the United States representing extraterrestrial-related phenomena research/activist organizations, and X-PPAC is the first political action committee to target the political implications of extraterrestrial-related phenomena. In 2002 he conducted an independent Congressional campaign for the 8th District of Maryland. It was first instance in which a congressional candidate on the November ballot in a federal election addressed the matter of an extraterrestrial presence and the 5-decade government imposed truth embargo.
Since 1996 Bassett has assisted many other organizations and initiatives which have been making the case for 1) an end to the government embargo on the truth surrounding an extraterrestrial presence, and 2) open congressional hearings to take the testimony of former military and agency employees witness to extraterrestrial-related events and evidence. He has appeared on hundreds of radio and television talk shows, in numerous documentaries and brought the message to millions of people of the likelihood and implications of "Disclosure" - the formal acknowledge by the United States government of an extraterrestrial presence about the earth - not maybe, not someday, but NOW.

Dr. Leir has acted as Chief of Podiatry in many Southern California Hospitals. Dr Leir has headed two surgical teams that have removed several suspected alien inplants from over 12 separate individuals. The resultant findings have attracted worldwide attention. Dr Leir has also investigated Mr Gary Lowry case were it is alleged a claw was left behind after Mr Lowry had an unusual experience. This is what Dr Leir had to say about the evidence left behind "this is bigger than any other case and provides more physical evidence than any other."
Dr. Leir has conducted a worldwide study of infant growth, and has uncovered statistical anomalies in developmental trends that he believes can only be accounted for by some form of 'outside intervention." Dr Leir became interested in the idea of alien implants in 1995, when he decided to attend a UFO convention near LAX. There, Dr Leir met Derrel Sims, a hypnotherapist and self-described former CIA operative, who had been investigating purported UFO abductions for 30 years. The Houston-based Sims displayed what he said were x-rays of a supposed abductee's foot, showing two unexplainable objects in the big toe. Dr Leir said "I was intrigued by the evidence Derrel presented and being familiar with foot radiographs, I thought it was indeed a coincidence I was there."

A New Crash Retrieval
Linda Moulton Howe will share details about the investigation of an alleged and unpublicized UFO crash retrieval outside New Mexico that is in the same time frame as the 1953 Kingman, Arizona, crash. PowerPoint and video.
Linda Moulton Howe is a graduate of Stanford University with a Masters Degree in Communication. She has devoted her documentary film, television and radio career to productions concerning science, medicine, and the environment. Linda produced an update to her original documentary, A Strange Harvest, about the continuing worldwide animal mutilation mystery in her independent production, STRANGE HARVESTS 1993. She also contracted with Paramount Studios as Supervising Producer and Original Concept creator for an hour special based on her Earth Mysteries program. That hour, UFO Report: Sightings, was first broadcast in October 1991 and led to the Sightings series on the Fox network. Linda has written four books: An Alien Harvest which investigates the worldwide animal mutilation phenomenon and Glimpses of Other Realities, Volumes I and II which concern U.S. military, intelligence and civilian testimonies about other forces that interact with earth life. Her fourth book, Mysterious Lights and Crop Circles, was updated in a 2nd Edition with expanded 2001 content and released in July 2002. It is an investigative report about scientific research of unusual formations in cereal crops and grasses around the world and videotapes, photographs and eyewitness descriptions of mysterious small lights associated with the enigmatic crop formations.
Linda continues to write, produce and speak at national and international conferences and symposiums, including NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. UFO Secrecy: Political and Ethical Implications
Few people doubt that there is some level of secrecy by military and other government agencies regarding UFOs. The obvious question: "what are they hiding?" has been asked and investigated by many people for many years. But a less obvious question presents itself: what has secrecy done to our society?
A quick answer is "many things." But a key result has been the development of a new form of government in America: the replacement of America's traditional republican institutions with what we may accurately call a "National Security-Homeland Security State."
Such a state did not spring up in full form immediately after 9/11/01, like Athena from the head of Zeus. Instead, it was more than fifty years in the making, and UFO secrecy has played an unmistakable dual role in killing the old republic and giving birth to this new Leviathan.
Indeed, the question of "what are they hiding" helps to shed light on the process. For a great body of diverse sources now point to the likelihood that there have been multiple retrievals of UFO technology, along with associated biological samples (e.g. bodies). Several of these cases are discussed, as are several key sources of leaks.
The author argues that the real or perceived necessity of secrecy surrounding the recovery of exotic technology and bodies by the U.S. national security apparatus forced a series of silent "mini-revolutions" which successively eroded power from traditional democratic-republican sources of government (initially Congress, then the Presidency) to quasi-public/quasi-private groups that operate with great amounts of money and secrecy. While the very secrecy under review may ultimately prevent a full answer to the details of this process, the general outline has become evident.
UFO secrecy hasn't been the only knife in the back of the American Republic. But it has been one of them, and as such deserves due attention.
Richard has studied history, English, and philosophy as an undergraduate at Alfred University. His deep passion for the discipline of history resulted in a scholarship to study at Oxford University and a near miss for a Rhodes scholarship. He chose instead to do graduate work at the University of Rochester, where he focused on German and Soviet studies before moving on to American Cold War diplomacy. Not wanting to teach, he left academia to write.
In 1994 he became interested in the UFO problem, approaching it from the angle of history and politics. He was intrigued by the cultural schizophrenia - the fact that mainstream and academic culture (official culture) continued to treat UFOs as amusement, but that so many intelligent people privately had taken it seriously.
Throughout 1995, 1996, and 1997 he conducted a systematic bibliographic search, hunting down the many out-of-print books and UFO documents released over the years through the Freedom of Information Act. He found the amount of information nearly overwhelming. A detailed chronology of relevant events was prepared in advance of writing his critically acclaimed book, UFOs and the National Security State: Chronology of a Cover-up, 1947-1973. This book provides the crucial foundation everyone needs: a clear, comprehensive, but concise historical narrative of the problem. He is now at work on the study's second volume, which will take the story through the remainder of the 20th century.

Orgone Energy & Wilhelm Reich and UFOs
One of ufology's most significant chapters remains one of its most obscure. In the early nineteen fifties the brilliant physician and scientist Dr. Wilhelm Reich developed the cloudbuster, a simple yet effective apparatus which, when properly employed, was capable of altering the weather. More, some of these weather modification operations attracted UFOs - first over southern Maine in 1953, then above Tucson the following year. On December 14, 1954 these experiments culminated in what can only be characterized as a 'battle' in the skies over Tucson. Wild as these allegations may sound, they were well-documented and multiply witnessed. Reich kept the United States Air Force apprised of his sightings and weather work at the same time the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) was attempting to build a case against him. The interstate shipment of a medical device (unauthorized by Dr. Reich) resulted in a contempt charge, conviction, and his incarceration in Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary (PA). Wilhelm Reich was found dead in his cell in November 1957 just prior to his scheduled release.
What were the scientific dynamics behind Reich's successful alteration of weather fronts? What part did the Air Force play in his undoing? What were the specifics of his 1940-44 contacts with Albert Einstein? Was MJ-12 involved in his death? Peter Robbins spent years investigating this story and in addressing these questions draws from Wilhelm Reich's out of print writings, complete correspondence with Einstein, published records of cloudbusting operations, and extensive interviews with Reich's daughter, Dr. Eva Reich, definitive biographer Dr. Myron Scharaf, long-time first assistant Elsworth F. Baker, and a handful of other colleagues and students who worked by the scientist's side. This PowerPoint lecture also includes video clips. Today Reich's staggering contributions to science are all but forgotten, his name and work derided and distorted by all but a small core of practitioners, scholars and scientists. But none of this alters the facts of this remarkable story.

Peter holds a BFA in Painting and Film History from Manhattan's School of Visual Arts where he taught painting for fifteen years. He has worked as Theater manager and Assistant Director for New York's Mirror Repertory Company between 1982 and 1988, and served as assistant to actor, director and coach John Strasberg in his acting master classes.
Robbins has spoken on the subject of UFOs for more than twenty years. He has lectured in more than twenty states, Canada and France, and done dozens of talks in the United kingdom. Venues have included numerous national and local UFO conferences. His lectures have been sponsored by numerous local chapters of MUFON, BUFORA, and other grass-roots organizations, private groups, schools, universities, libraries, scientific organizations, educational foundations, as well as Cambridge Hospital in Boston (under the sponsorship of Dr. John Mack). Lecture topics have included (but not been limited to) the suppression of UFO information by the American and British Governments, James V. Forrestal (our first Secretary of Defense) and UFO's, Dr. Wilhelm Reich and UFOs, The RAF Bentwaters UFO incident (UK), [also known as the Rendlesham Forest incident], the UFO abduction phenomenon and the media and UFOs.

New Archeological Evidence from the Mac Brazel, July 1947 Debris Site
In September 2002, archaeology scientists from the University of New Mexico, along with the Sci-Fi Channel and a ufo investigative team, with volunteers, set out to conduct a modern day excavation of the infamous July 1947 "Mac Brazel debris site". Using modern day archaeology tools and techniques, the goal was to try to recover any evidence of the odd debris Brazel and others had witnessed. Chuck Zukowski and Debbie Ziegelmeyer will discuss the results from the actual September 2002 dig, with added material from research conducted in 2003 and 2004. As a bonus, new information will be released from Phase II of the dig which will occur this summer. The talk will provide new archaeology techniques, added locations, and (we expect) new artifacts for lab analysis.
Chuck is a Senior IC Mask Design Engineer with over 19 years involved in cutting edge microchip design and development. Educational practices have yielded him a BBA, AA, Certification in Electronics Technology, as well as Law Enforcement Academy, which earns him another title, "Deputy Zukowski" with Colorado's, El Paso County Sheriff's Department, reserve sector. Chuck has worked with such companies as Rockwell and Motorola's Research and Development Center, designing state of the art technologies for military and commercial markets.
Chuck has been researching and investigating the UFO phenomenon for over 15 years. As an investigator, he's worked on sightings from Colorado to California. His latest efforts have been surrounding the Roswell Crash of 1947. Working closely with UFO Investigators Don Schmitt and Tom Carey, Chuck was a major contributor to the Sci-Fi Special, "Roswell, Startling New Evidence", and also a contributor for Sci-Fi's book, "The Roswell Dig Diaries", in which he added his own interpretations of the dig. As one of the only volunteer field archaeologists who had done earlier investigations and research on the Roswell incident as well as ancient American Indian archaeology work, he took the lead role among the other volunteers establishing continuity between them and the professional archaeologist's from the University of New Mexico. His efforts added a strip-dig technique which yielded one of a very few artifacts that actually resembled Jesse Marcel's description of the wreckage he saw in July of 1947. Chuck is currently involved in the preparation for phase 2 of the Roswell Dig, and is finishing a workbook for new archaeological volunteers to use.

Banquet Keynote Speech: Will the Rocket Engine Go the Way of the Dodos?
We have come a long way since the days of the 1950s, when the big question concerning "flying saucers" was "Do they come from Mars or Venus?" Today, a much more sophisticated audience asks about worm holes, hyper-dimensional travel and electro-magnetic wave energy. Cutting edge physics is rapidly bringing thoughtful persons to the point of at least understanding the concepts which may begin to explain the propulsion systems of UFOs.
But is this something truly new and modern or are we just now rediscovering technology that may have existed on the Earth thousands of years ago? Was this technology depicted in the Bible and the ancient Hindu Vedas?
The national security state of Germany during World War II by all accounts was on the track of such technology and there is evidence that the new national security state of the United States has secretly continued this work. There is even tantalizing evidence to suggest that the impetuous attack on Iraq may have been more about the desire to gain control over ancient technology than to obtain new oil supplies.
Whichever nation can first control energy at the atomic and sub-atomic level will become the leader in the search for free and clean energy production, faster-than-light speed, anti-gravity and perhaps even dimensional and time travel. How close are we to such technology? Have we reached it already?

Majic Eyes Only: Earth's Encounters with Extraterrestrial Technology

The cases vary in quality, depth, and sophistication but the audience will come away with new insight, novel information, and a clear perspective that there are many other UFO crashes before and after Roswell that are in many ways stronger cases then the famous Roswell events.
With Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cal Poly, a 20-year interest in UFOs — especially documents — and excellent high tech business skills, Mr. Wood has an excellent record of entrepreneurship, marketing, and public relations. Major UFO efforts have been around documents, their authenticity, and related validation. He manages the content of www.majesticdocuments.com, helped produce a television documentary titled, "The Secret,” with Dr. Robert M. Wood that recently aired on the Sci-Fi Channel, along with publishing two books and a CD-ROM dealing with the Majestic documents and their authenticity. Other UFO-related projects include papers titled: "Ufology: In Search Of Leadership," "Abductee Blood Analysis," and "Fundraising: The Motherlode of UFO Membership." As a UFO investigator with MUFON he has chosen to specialize in the strategic problems of ufology: unquestionable proof, improved media acceptance, and a dramatic ten-fold membership increase.

Alien Autopsy Film: A Decade Later
It has been 10 years since Ray Santilli's alien autopsy film was first released to the general public around the world. In my presentation we will take a look back at the full and un-edited alien autopsy film. I will discuss some of the information that has come to light since the film's release, quoting testimony from experts in the medical, movie special effects, and photographic professions. The one area that has not been fully covered in the research into this film is first-hand eyewitness testimony from individuals in both the USA and the UK who claim to have seen this filmn decades before it was released by Ray Santilli. These include a former U.S. Army Sargeant and Britain's most proficient, award-winning press photographer. The alien autopsy film is undoubtedly the most controversial film in the entire history of UFO research, but is it fact, fraud, or fantasy?
Philip Mantle was the former Director of Investigations for the British UFO Research Association and MUFON Representative for England. He is an international lecturer, author and broadcaster on the UFO subject and he resides in West Yorkshire, England.

San Antonio, NM August 1945 Crash Retrieval
Reme Baca and Jose Padilla were young boys living in San Antonio, New Mexico in August 1945 when, they say, they literally stumbled across the remains of what they believe to have been an alien spacecraft. Their personal account of the case displays many of the key ingredients of crashed UFO lore. Jose described what he saw through his binoculars: three strange looking creatures, moving fast, seemingly under stress, shadowy, almost as if they could will themselves from one position to another. They seemed not to be able to hold their balance. We were 100 to 200 feet from them. Sounds were coming out of the object, like a jackrabbit in pain, or like a baby crying. Jose wanted to get closer; I wanted no part of it. Jose wasn't afraid of much, but I told him we should get out of there.
Baca and Padilla say they are planning an expedition to investigate and unearth the remains of whatever crashed in the desert near San Antonio in August 1945. Was it a clandestine military operation undertaken to recover a weather balloon? Or was something more mysterious involved? Baca and Padilla intend to prove that it was an extraterrestrial spacecraft.
Reme Baca of Gig Harbor Washington, attended Socorro High School until he transferred to Stadium High School in Tacoma Washington during his sophomore year. After graduation, he was employed by the Boeing company in their military Division. Soon thereafter, he took a position with the Washington Department Of Revenue as a tax Compliance Officer. It was during this time that he became involved with political and community based organizations, and was Appointed to the Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs by Governor Evans. Reme served as Vice Chairman of the Tacoma Urban league, where he met Vernon Jordan, National Chairman, who encouraged him to get more involved in the Political process, which he did with enthusiasm. After serving on the Pierce County Advisory Council to the United States Civil Rights Commission, Reme was instrumental in the election of the famous Scientist and Chairperson of the Atomic Energy Commission and Nixon appointee, “Dr. Dixy Lee Ray” to the governorship of the state of Washington as a Democrat. Reme served on Ray’s Executive staff, and when the Governor was defeated in her bid for re-election, Reme became an Insurance Agent, after which he was appointed to the Tacoma Housing Authority by Mayor Doug Sutherland, where he served as Chairperson. He then moved to California and became an independent Insurance Broker, with offices in Oxnard, Santa Paula and Santa Barbara, where he became a member of MUFON, and met Dr. Roger Leir, who was then the chairman of the Ventura Chapter. He returned to and retired in Gig Harbor, a suburb of Tacoma Washington. He has been married for years to Virginia Tonan, a classical pianist and teacher. Reme has been a guest speaker on the Rense and the Free American Radio Shows. His retirement has been spent in research of the New Mexico Story.

The Case for Reverse Engineering and Alien Astronautics
The alleged recovery of a flying disk near Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947 has sparked discussions, opinions, and reports that the U.S. Army Air Force studied the remnants of the disk, especially the methods and modes of its propulsion with the intent of "reverse engineering" the advanced technology found in the alien craft. Is it even possible to comprehend such advanced technology much less attempt to duplicate its function? Alien astronautics is a subject predicated on the existence of intelligent alien life forms whose evolution occurred on an extraterrestrial world and who developed means to travel from their world to other worlds in spacecraft. Reverse engineering is predicated on the fact that we have acquired alien hardware through flight systems failure or through communication and negotiation with the aliens. Reverse engineering of mechanical parts requires extraction of information about an instance of a particular part sufficient to replicate the part using appropriate fabrication techniques. I will present the testimony of two UFO crash recovery operations that are little known and the testimony of two engineers who worked on the United States secret UFO program in reverse engineering electrogravitic craft. We will examine these possibilities in this illustrated presentation and try to sum up what has been learned to date.
Bill Hamilton is a Senior Programmer-Analyst who has worked in the information technology field for over thirty years. He studied psychology, physics, and engineering in college. He has an AA degree from Pierce College and continues to take science courses at UCLA Extension. He has pursued interests in science, mathematics, aeronautics, computers, and parapsychology. He has studied the UFO phenomenon since 1953. He is currently Executive Director of Skywatch International Incorporated (emeritus) and works as a Senior Programmer-Analyst at UCLA.
